To the Fellowship of the Potioneers and Dark Masters, By Means of Sincere Greetings:

Today, as your most competent Commissioner of Games for this greater edition of the Prudence Wars, I am hereby issuing to you this formal notice to inform all concerned of the official commencement of the first phase of the 442nd Games, through the initial conduct of the first traditional reception of our all important Guests and Patrons, a vital event involving the careful selection and immediate evaluation of the fitness of the candidates who are willing to undergo the difficult process of the most competitive nature of the tedious Combatant selection of the Purple Junket. 

During this most important segment of the Games, and pursuant to the many Decrees associated to the ordained rules duly promulgated for the purpose, your attendance to witness this event is highly desired, and for the Fellowship to observe and vouch for the actual selection of the chosen Combs to make it official for the record, and to attest by way of an oath for the regularity and fairness of the procedure, which includes the choice of the question to be voted by the Group of Seven.

As the cordial host of this year's edition, seats in the Stadium are to be allocated according to the procedure determined by the Dark Masters, in accordance with the established fairness of the rules promulgated by the joint action of the Brokerage Firm.

It will be highly appreciated that knowledge of the several weapons and techniques that are more likely to be presented during the "Call to Arms" segment be simultaneously reviewed by the Fellowship with utmost care, and also to note any potential weaknesses to the art of combat when knowledge of technical parameters are immediately available from memory, and to participate with fairness by engaging with individual expertise in all matters that are needing the Fellowship's regard in relation to the optimal completion of the entire selection process.

All permanent members who have formally sworn loyalty and allegiance to the Fellowship are hereby enjoined to attend this crucial event without exception, and the attendance to the Stadium will be taken and reflected into the records of the Most Prudent Treaty Organization under the pain of immediate penalties.

The Fellowship is also instructed to give due credence to the importance of this phase of the event, and to contribute their own talents and competence in ensuring that this crucial moment of the Games becomes a lasting success.
